Arrivals take place every day from 7.45 a.m. to 5 p.m. according to the time fixed by the anaesthetist.

Admissions are made for every kind of surgery, paid after Pre-Admission.

This stage is essential. It makes it possible to set up your administrative file and to complete in advance all formalities required for your stay.

ADMISSIONS OFFICE HOURS AT THE CLINIQUE HONORÉ CAVE

8 a.m. to 7 p.m. NON-STOP from Monday to Friday
8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. on Saturdays.

AFTER A CONSULTATION FOR AN OPERATION OR A SCHEDULED HOSPITALISATION:

You must go to the admissions office on the ground floor to complete your pre-admission. Please note, you cannot have your consultation with the anaesthetists without this pre-admission.

You will be asked for a variety of administrative information during this meeting. You can download the document, fill it in and print it, and bring it with you on the day of your pre-admission.

Documents to be presented:

The list of all the papers you will need and the claim form for your health fund or mutual fund to finance your care will be given to you.

This financing document is indispensable for you to obtain the supplementary reimbursement of the costs of your stay and the medical fees.

Administrative file

For your administrative file, you must bring:

  • Your social security card or the corresponding attestation
  • Your mutual fund card or certificate of financing
  • Your identity document
  • Your GP referral
  • A security deposit in the form of a cheque for €150 (except for outpatient admissions), which will be returned to you when you leave.

Medical file:

You must give the following to the nursing staff:

  • The card indicating your blood group (if you do not have this, it will be determined if necessary)
  • Your x-rays and the results of the tests related to the complaint for which you are being hospitalised, and the prescription for your current treatment.

EMERGENCIES:

At any time of day or night.

The formalities will be completed subsequently at the admissions office by a family member or friend.

You will be asked to produce the following documents:
