Your departure must be authorised by the doctor in charge of your hospitalisation.
Any unauthorised departure will be at the patient’s own risk. In this case, the patient will be required to sign a declaration releasing the clinic from any liability.
Before leaving the clinic you must go to the nurse in charge of the department who will give you a paper allowing you to leave. This paper must be presented to admissions on the ground floor of the establishment.
You must visit the admissions and departures office in order to pay any charges to be borne by you and to recover any valuables you may have deposited in the safe.
Information for your doctor
He will receive a hospitalisation report and all advice necessary in order to continue your treatment. This report may be sent to the specialist who referred you to the clinic.
